The office building spread across 65,000 sq ft is in sector 32 and Egis India is occupying a portion of the building as a tenant. According to documents accessed through CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the acquisition of as done in November last year and the executive has paid Rs 6.95 crore stamp duty for the transaction.“Egis Group, a French multinational company operating in the construction engineering and mobility services sectors is occupying majority of the building since 2021. The company is expected to continue operating from there,” said one person aware of the transaction.EaseMyTrip did not respond to the email query. It is one of largest online travel platform in terms of air ticket bookings, based on the Crisil Report-Assessment of the OTA Industry in India, February 2021. Growing at a CAGR of 59% during FY20-23 in profits, it is bootstrapped and profitable since its inception.The company provides its users with access to more than 400 international and domestic airlines, over 2 million hotels as well as train/bus tickets and taxi rentals for major cities in India. Founded in 2008, EaseMyTrip has offices across various Indian cities, including Noida, Delhi and Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
